Tiverton High
School is
the only state secondary school in town. It is
an innovative and successful visual arts college.
There is a strong working relationship with Petroc (formerly East Devon College) and many other organisations in the area. We work very closely with the community and have worked in partnership with Tiverton Market Centre since the drop-in's conception in Oct 1995
At Tiverton High School we have 1340 pupils on roll. With a genuinely comprehensive intake, we enjoy a reputation as a fully inclusive school. We are currently embarking on a radical transformation of learning for the community.
High expectations for student performance are supported by a rigorous curriculum that is aligned to both state and national standards. Administrators are continually striving to build and improve our learning community by increasing student, parent and community involvement participation in support of our efforts to support high standards for both our faculty and students. Our goal is to provide every student the opportunity to excel and meet high standards in each of their classes at every grade level..
